Every visit begins the same way: you tell us about the watch and what it needs, and we take a look before saying anything about what should be done. That first look — done while you're there — shapes the conversation and makes sure the work agreed on is the work actually needed.
For smaller jobs like strap changes, that conversation is quick and the work follows immediately. For crystal repairs or full services, the conversation includes a turnaround range and a confirmed price before you leave the shop.

Strap Change and Clean

Crystal and Bezel Care

Service and Restore

A combined service and gentle restoration that returns steadier running and a tidier appearance to a well-worn watch. Intended for pieces kept for years and worn often — the kind of watch that deserves proper attention rather than a surface clean.

- Movement service — cleaning, lubrication, regulated
- Timing check with results noted in condition report
- Case and bracelet cleaned; light external restoration
- Gaskets and seals checked; replaced where needed
- Written condition note provided at collection
Typical process
- Assessment at intake — condition described and confirmed
- Movement removed and stripped for cleaning
- Components cleaned, worn parts replaced as needed
- Movement lubricated, reassembled, and regulated
- Timing check; case cleaned; condition note prepared
- You're notified when the watch is ready for collection

Standards
How all services are carried out
These apply to every job, regardless of the service type.
Secure storage while at the shop
Watches are stored individually and securely during the repair period. Each piece is tagged and logged at intake.
Correct tools, not improvised
Every job uses watchmaker's tools appropriate for the task — case openers, crystal presses, timing machines. No makeshift methods.
You're contacted if anything changes
If an unexpected issue is found mid-job, work stops until you've been informed and given the choice to proceed.
Timing checked on all service work
After any movement work, timing is verified with equipment rather than estimated. Results are noted and shared with the customer.
Gaskets checked on all relevant work
In Pattaya's humid coastal environment, gasket condition matters. Any service involving case opening includes a gasket check.
Written notes on service & restore jobs
A short written condition note accompanies every completed service and restore job — a useful record for future reference.
