1. Definitions

• "We / Us / Our" refers to Thong Clockworks, located at 56 Beach Road, Pattaya, Chonburi 20150, Thailand.
• "You / User" refers to any person who visits this website or engages our repair services.
• "Services" refers to the watch repair, strap change, crystal replacement, and related work offered by Thong Clockworks.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions as accepted by the user.
• "Enquiry" refers to any contact made through this website's contact form or by phone.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a contact form on this website, by dropping off a watch at our shop, or by engaging our services in any way, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services. You must be 18 years of age or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to engage our services.

3. Description of Services

Thong Clockworks offers the following watch repair services:

• Strap Change and Clean — strap replacement with lug cleaning and comfort check
• Crystal and Bezel Care — crystal replacement, bezel assessment, gasket check, and case tidy
• Service and Restore — movement service, timing check, case cleaning, and condition note

Services are available to customers visiting the shop in Pattaya, Chonburi. Online enquiries through this website facilitate communication about potential drop-off arrangements. Services are not delivered remotely.

4. Service Terms and Scope

Before any repair work begins, we will assess the condition of your watch and describe what we find. No work will commence without your confirmation. If additional issues are discovered during repair, we will contact you before proceeding with any work beyond the agreed scope. The prices listed apply to standard cases. Any variation will be discussed and agreed before work continues.

We reserve the right to decline any service that falls outside our competence or is unlikely to produce a satisfactory result. In such cases, we will inform you and return the watch as received.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are as follows:

• Strap Change and Clean: ฿1,450
• Crystal and Bezel Care: ฿2,830 (may vary depending on crystal size and availability)
• Service and Restore: ฿4,070

Payment is due at collection of the watch. We accept payment in Thai Baht. Any price variation from the listed amounts will be discussed and confirmed before work proceeds. We do not issue invoices for online enquiries — payment is handled in-shop at collection.

6. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates provided in good faith and may be affected by parts availability or workshop volume. Strap changes are typically completed while you wait. Crystal and bezel work typically takes a few days. Service and restore work is typically completed over a couple of weeks. We will notify you when your watch is ready for collection.

7. Customer Responsibilities

When using this website or engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting enquiries or dropping off a watch
• Collect your watch within 30 days of being notified that it is ready — uncollected items may be treated as abandoned after a reasonable period
• Not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may harm our systems
• Not misrepresent ownership of any watch brought in for repair

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Thong Clockworks. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of this website without prior written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to view this website for the purpose of enquiring about our services.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided in good faith based on the condition of each watch as assessed at intake. We cannot warrant specific outcomes — particularly for very old, unusual, or previously repaired movements. Descriptions of typical results on this website reflect common outcomes and should not be read as a commitment to a particular result in any individual case.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the price paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or sentimental loss. In the unlikely event of loss or damage to your watch while in our care, our liability is limited to the assessed market value of the watch at the time it was left with us.

11. Termination

Either party may withdraw from a service agreement before work commences. Once work has started, cancellation may result in a partial charge for work already completed. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, in which case no charge will be applied and the watch will be returned as received.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through informal resolution. If resolution is not reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate courts in Chonburi Province, Thailand.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
